The COVID-19 pandemic necessitated an immediate, secure transition to remote working environments for hundreds of administrative and operational personnel. Moving a historically paper-based corporate culture online in under two weeks was both an operational and security challenge.
We rapidly deployed secure virtual private network (VPN) access and collaboration platforms, and initiated targeted training sessions to ease the transition for less tech-savvy staff. Security protocols were enforced through multi-factor authentication and strict access controls.
