Enterprise IT Hardware Procurement

Managed the end-to-end tendering and procurement lifecycle for IT assets worth over 15 crore INR, ensuring optimal infrastructure for regional operations.

Case Study Details

Managing IT hardware procurement at scale requires not just strict financial budgeting, but also careful technical evaluation and vendor lifecycle management. This project involved standardizing technical specifications for regional IT hardware requirements, totaling over 15 crore INR annually.

The core challenge was to modernize the technical evaluation matrix and draft transparent SLA requirements to prevent vendor disputes in future. Using Government e-Marketplace (GeM), we minimized verification bottlenecks, reducing vendor onboarding duration by 35%.

Additionally, establishing a robust Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) tracker and introducing unified SLA guidelines helped cut downtime for critical hardware assets from several days to under six hours, significantly raising organizational productivity.
